We hope you love your Alexandre Birman purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all original packaging, including the signature blue box and dust bags, are included to receive a full refund.

Prepare the Package
Place the footwear in its original Alexandre Birman box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous tracking labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once our atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
